I discovered Tracy Anderson while reading an article about Madonna.Shortly, after this I looked Tracey up on youtube and gbegan doing her workouts, ( I can recommend these if money is a bit tight) The DVD's make great gifts for the holidays as well..
If you haven't come across her you will love her AND she will get you moving toward your goals for 2011..
