Meditation:Try This FREE download..

Meditation:You might like this...

I have recently started meditating regularly.  I have

wanted to do this for some time and never made it a

priority so decided the time is now.

My friend in the UK, Wendy Aurleia has a

meditation recording that she offers for  FREE

http://chirb.it/J4y0Cb

and I wanted to pass this on as I have often heard clients say they can't still their minds etc...

So here is a short its 20 minutes meditation I think you might enjoy..

Let me know how you get on.

Kind wish

Meditation: My New Muse...

I have started doing a daily meditation exercise first thing in my mornings...I thought I would share with you the process I use. It comes from my friend Wendy Aridela's new book "Living At the Crossroads"...available on Amazon kindle.

LISTENING TO THE SILENCE
Please take note - I love this meditation but I
find it does change your state quite a lot. So
don't do it when you're driving, operating
machinery, looking after little kids, etc!
1. Get comfortable - sit, lie, recline, kneel,
whatever.

2. You can either listen to music, or to the
sounds of nature - great outside on a warm day!
- or to ordinary background sounds like traffic,
and street noises.
3. Just relax and listen. Keep listening for the
most subtle sound you can hear.
4. Whenever you hear a quieter, more subtle
sound in the background, focus on that.
5. Keep going as long as you like - this is really
great, however long you do it, so long as you
can stay focused.
6. If you keep going long enough, you may
start to hear the vast, deep silence behind all
the sounds. If you hear it, listen to it and go
deeper. (If you don't, enjoy the sounds
anyway.

Try it out and let me know how you get on...

42 Powerful Questions to Profoundly Impact your life!

I saw this list from Vicky White from http//www.thespaciouslife.com and it got me thinking so I thought I would share it with you too...

42 more powerful questions to profoundly impact your life!

1. If I had only one week to live, what would I regret not having experienced?
2. What would I attempt if I knew I could not fail?
3. If I go faster will I ever catch up?
4. Does my home and workspace inspire me to go for my dreams?
5. If not, what is bugging me the most? (start there!)
6. If I didn’t feel guilty, what’s one thing I’d do for myself today?
7. What’s my favorite distraction to keep me from what is really important?
8. What am I willing to let go of to have what I really, really want?
9. How can I get out of my own way?
10. What would I like more of in my life?
11.What would I like less of?
12.What would the Dalai Lama do in this situation?
13.Do the people I spend the most time with raise my energy and bring out my best?
14.What am I not seeing in this situation?
15.What is the gift in this situation for me?
16.What’s my favorite way of sabotaging myself and my goals?
17.If I was standing at my front door (or the door into my office) for the first time, what conclusions would I come to about the person who lives here?
18.Who do I need to BE to have a life that’s so delicious and magical I’d be jumping up and down with excitement?
19. If I believed in myself 100% and never gave up on myself, how would my life look?
20. How could I live this week as if I was enough?  What would change?
21. What am I getting from being stuck?  What part of myself gets to be right?
22. If I had to give something up to allow for more spaciousness in my life, what would that be? And how would that impact me day to day?
23. If my parents / my grandma / God / whoever holds my sense of personal propriety in check was GONE (poof!) and there was no one to offend, upset, or disappoint … who would I become?
24. What legacy do I want to leave? How do I want to be remembered?
25.What am I resisting right now?
26. If I could start over again, what would I want to study?
27. Am I reflecting who I really am, to the world?
28. What do my friends tell me I’m good at?  If you don’t remember, go ask 5 of them.
29. What do I find easy to do that frustrates me when others don’t find it as easy?
30. If I did not have to work for money, what would I do?
31. What painful experience have I learned the most from?
32. What am I hiding from others?  Why?
33. What advice would I give my future self?
34. When was the last time I was in the flow and totally lost track of time?  What was I doing?
35. When was the last time I couldn’t sleep because I was so excited about something?  What was that?
36. What is my body trying to tell me?
37. If my home could speak, what would it tell me about how I’m relating to it?
38. If money was a person, would it want to be with me?
39. What dream have I given up on?
40. Where have I always wanted to travel to?  What’s stopping me?
41. What is REALLY stopping me!?
42. What do I love about myself the most?
Make a cup of tea, grab your journal, and take any of these questions as a starting point. It’s amazing what you’ll hear when you start listening to the most important person in your world – YOU!
And sometimes just asking the question and letting it float out on the eithers will bring you back big insights!
So what did you think?

Geography of a Woman

This is so beautiful I just had to share it..

GEOGRAPHY OF A WOMAN

Between 18 and 22, a woman is like Africa . Half discovered, half wild, fertile and naturally beautiful!

Between 23 and 30, a woman is like Europe .
Well developed and open to trade, especially
for someone of real value.

Between 31 and 35, a woman is like Spain , very hot, relaxed and convinced of her own beauty.

Between 36 and 40, a woman is like Greece , gently aging but still a warm and desirable place to visit.

Between 41 and 50, a woman is like Great Britain, with a glorious and all conquering past.

Between 51 and 60, a woman is like Israel, has been through war, doesn't make the same mistakes twice, takes care of business.

Between 61 and 70, a woman is like Canada,
self-preserving, but open to meeting new people.

After 70, she becomes Tibet . Wildly beautiful, with a mysterious past and the wisdom of the ages.... An adventurous spirit and a thirst for spiritual knowledge.
